I purchased a vehicle on 4/30/24. The sales process was great. My salesperson was very professional. The only problem I had with the sales process was that I was initially told there were two sets of keys to the vehicle. Upon purchase of the vehicle, I was informed that there was only one set of keys. The biggest disappointment with this dealership is post-sales. I have contacted the finance department that handles the tags three separate times to find out when I will receive my tag. I have not received a response from all my correspondence. Technician completed 27 PT Inspection, Oil Change, Rotate Tires, Alignment, diagnosed and replaced inop sensor for washer fluid, all in two hours. Outstanding Lobby/waiting/show rooms. Very clean, comfortable and great coffee bar!

They were good about showing and telling about the vehicle. Very courteous. The sales process was smooth. The post sales process is not smooth. After a month, I still have not received all the final paperwork. I had to place several calls to clear that up. I had to contact Subaru corporate to find out if car was registered sir the contract. Called service got sales. Confirmed number and ya the sales guy said their phones are messed up. Transferred and on hold for 4 mins and it goes to vice mail. Tried chat. Slooooow response and no help getting service scheduled. Useless, went to Pensacola Subaru, You get MUCH better response
